I used to live in Japan back in '91-92 so I wanted to make a Japanese connection. I miss Japan and the people so much. In Clinton Twp,Mi we don't have very many Japanese living here. Doso yaroshiku onagai shimasu.
I see you do fermenting. I do both kefir and kombucha.
I love the book "Wild Fermentation"
My top three favorite fermented food is Amazake, or sweet rice ferment drink, and Natto, femented soy bean and Miso, fermented soybean paste.
Ah Im so glad to have found the three plus the book. Yes yes yes!
